A good idea to deal with burnout is to create some slowdown times in the calendar. When you know that you have less customers it can be a good idea to either make the schedule shorter or just take a few days off. That will help replenish your energy levels and relax. And when you come back you can design with confidence and not worry about burnout.

Designers tend to work on stuff 10 hours per day or more. If you want to avoid burnout the best thing you can do is to treat your job like a 9 to 5 one. It might not be a job like that, but if you take breaks it will be a lot easier to manage your time. And avoid overworking yourself, it won’t be good for your mind.

Enjoy your hobbies

At that time the best thing you can do is to relax and to regain your focus if possible. It will be worth it for sure, as long as you know what you are getting into.

Try to take your time and find a way to make this process as creative as possible. Even if you feel burnout, there are ways to get past it. Taking breaks, relaxing and even thinking about something new can boost your creativity. It’s important to take care of yourself and your mind, as this is your most important asset!
